Excellent service and price from J2. Would happily recommend. Thank you for such an easy and transparent experience. So much better than the usual experience with the larger car hire places. I requested a car via WhatsApp late afternoon, the car was delivered to my hotel the following morning at 9am, a super quick handover process, quick check/vid of the car and we where away. Free child seats included. I dropped the car off a few days later and really smooth process again. No upselling or hidden fees. Price I was quoted was price I paid. We unfortunately managed to get a parking ticket outside the hotel but we paid that ourselves and the team at J2 where helpful and no problem at all. I really appreciate a smooth service these days so thanks to the team at J2. Will absolutely book with you again next time.

We booked a car quite late in the evening via the J2 Rent a Car website for the next day. Early the next morning, they contacted us to let us know that the car wasn’t cleaned yet. After a quick discussion, they offered us a different (and even better) car instead. That evening we exchanged it for the original one. Both cars were almost new and very clean. The staff were friendly, communication was great, and they even provided a child seat at no extra cost. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Après avoir oublié l'ensemble de mes papiers , carte, argent, la totale, dans le véhicule au momentdu retour. 15min plus tard en pleine panique j'ai reçu une photo avec ma sacoche en toute sécurité et un appel m'invitant à venir la récupérer. la personne sur place n'a accepté aucune récompense autre qu'un remerciement en nous souhaitant la bienvenue sur l'île. En allant à cette agence vous serez en confiance et en parfaite sécurité
